Cookery Lessons Inspired by the Andean Trail
From January 2026, we will be introducing our Andean Trail Cookery Lessons — an immersive, hands-on experience inspired by the flavours, techniques, and stories of the Andes. Each session guides guests through a carefully curated 7-stage culinary journey, with an extended 10-stage immersive lesson available on the final weekend of every month.
Lessons are hosted on three evenings each week and are intentionally limited to just 16 participants, ensuring personal guidance, interaction, and depth of learning. Bookings are now open until the end of February, with places strictly limited.
