Jeff’s passion for the culinary arts has been fueled by many years of extensive world travel that has allowed him to experience different cultures, flavours, and culinary practices.
After a successful business career, Jeff decided to pursue his passion for cooking and honed his skills under the watchful eye of critically acclaimed Chef Gareth Ward, at the two Michelin starred restaurant, Ynyshir.
Jeff’s journey continued, working at a number of Michelin starred restaurants, most recently The Fat Duck in Bray.
His cooking style has been influenced by his experiences and travels around the world with Kenni. He has a particular interest in Asian flavours, which can be found throughout his unique recipes.
Kenni has a deep passion for travel and wine having explored over 80 countries and is a key partner in discovering new flavours and cultural influences to bring back and make part of the restaurant experience.
Working as a qualified Project Manager by day, Kenni utilises these skills to ensure the restaurant is run seamlessly, as well as curating the wine list and giving her all to ensure the customer experience is second to none with her knowledge of the menu founded in her shared travels with Jeff.
In her spare time, when she is not busy plotting an itinerary for their next adventure, Kenni is discovering the world of wine whilst studying for her level 3 sommelier exams.
