Meet Jeff and Kenni — a couple united by a lifelong passion for travel, food and wine.
Having explored over 100 countries together, Journey is inspired by the places, cultures and flavours they’ve experienced side by side. The menu draws on global techniques and ideas, reimagined through a playful, immersive fine-dining lens.
Chef Patron, Jeff brings the culinary vision to Journey, shaped by rigorous training in Michelin starred kitchens. Jeff refined his craft under Chef Gareth Ward at the two Michelin-starred Ynyshir, before continuing his journey at renowned restaurants including The Fat Duck in Bray. His cooking is expressive and precise, with bold global flavours and a particular love of Asian influences woven throughout the menu.
Sommelier, Kenni curates their travels to maximise discovery and brings a deep passion for wine and guest experience. She plays a central role in shaping Journey’s identity, from experience design to wine curation. With a background as a qualified Project Manager and completed Sommelier qualifications, she ensures the restaurant runs seamlessly, with every detail of the guest experience carefully considered and wine pairings to delight.
