Do you have a Dress code? Our Restaurant has a a relaxed atmosphere and we encourage guests to come dressed however they feel comfortable.
Do you cater for dietary requirements? We are able to cater for some dietary requirements including Vegetarian, and for customers who are unable to consume meat or fish, we are happy to substitute courses for a vegetarian alternative. We ask that all dietary requirements are noted at the time when making the booking. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for vegan diets or any dislikes.
Do you have a waiting list? Yes, if you are unable to find availability on your desired date you are looking for please drop us an email or make a request via the booking system and we will add you to our waiting list.
Are children welcome? The experience is intended for adults however well behaved young guests are more than welcome as long as they participate in dining from our full tasting menu.
Are you Wheelchair Accessible? Unfortunately due to being on the first floor, we are not suitable for Wheelchair access and do not currently have lift facilities.
What is your cancellation policy? We know plans sometimes change, therefore should you need to cancel or change the date please let us know at least 72 hours before your reservation. There will be no charge for this and allows us to minimise wastage. It also gives a fair chance for the table to be taken by somebody else. In the event that a booking is cancelled, which includes reducing numbers or changing the date within the 72 hours notice period, regrettably, a cancellation fee of £55 per person will be incurred. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or a missed reservation will incur a charge of the menu price per person. This applies to all cancellations and is not discretionary. Bookings can be cancelled online or via email and a confirmation email should be received confirming the cancellation.
How do I redeem a Gift Voucher? All our Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. Please enter the voucher code in booking comments during reservation. All vouchers will need to be physically presented and we cannot accept vouchers past their expiry date.
How long should we allow for the experience? Doors open at 6:30pm for pre-dinner drinks and the experience begins at 7pm. Please allow around 2.5 hours Wednesday and Thursday and 4 hours Friday and Saturday for the full experience.
We are celebrating a special occasion, can you do anything extra? We do find that our restaurant is an experience restaurant and therefore majority of guests are celebrating something. To make it individual and special, we can offer a range of extras including cakes, flowers, champagne on arrival, or, our most popular, a photograph of your choice printed onto a cocktail!
