Our diary is currently open until March 2026.
All bookings are taken online only using our online booking platform.

Our tables are available to book online for up to a maximum of five guests. For larger groups, please email or call us to arrange a booking.
We also welcome solo diners.

If your chosen date isn’t available, you will be able to join a waiting list on our table booking platform. You will be contacted immediately if a table becomes available.

Our diary is currently open until the end of March 2026.

The diary for April – June 2026 will be opening from 10th February 2026 at 10am.

Thursday – Saturday 6.30pm to 11pm.

Our Admin hours are from 10am – 5pm Tuesday to Friday.

We offer our Andean Trail 7-course tasting menu for all services in the first three weeks of the month.
For the final weekend of each month, we offer our full signature 10 course immersive dining experience.
Our 7 course tasting menu is currently priced at £85 per person.
Our Signature 10 course immersive experience is prices at £140 per person.

Due to the unique and immersive nature of our dining experience, we are happy to cater for certain allergies with advance notice and will always do our best to work a little magic where we can. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please inform us at the time of booking, so we can advise you appropriately and ensure the best possible experience. If we are not made aware in advance, we cannot offer alternatives on the night.

Your reservation can be rescheduled up to 3 days before the time of the reservation. You are also able to transfer your reservation to another person.

To amend the date or transfer your booking to another person, you can do this by following the “manage your reservation” link on your booking confirmation email or logging into your <dishcult> account.

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so via the ‘manage booking’ feature in your confirmation email, or contact us on info@restaurantjourney.co.uk with your booking details.

If you cancel or move your booking more than 3 days prior to your reservation date, there is no charge for this.

If you cancel or make amendments to the number of diners within the 3 days before your reservation date this will sadly incur a charge. Please note that we are an intimate dining space and late cancellations have a real impact on us.

All preparations for guests dining experiences begin three days prior, specifically for the number of guests we are expecting. Fresh Proteins are ordered two days before and, on the day, final preparations are made. An empty table at a late stage means wasted premium ingredients and lost revenue. So we politely ask that you consider this, where possible, in the event that your plans change.

2-3 days prior cancellations: £40 pp
On the day cancellations: full menu cost

Any cancellation made within 48 hours of your booking, or any reduction in party size, will result in a charge for the full menu price per person. This cancellation policy applies to all reservations and is not discretionary. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so via the ‘manage booking’ feature in your confirmation email, or contact us on info@restaurantjourney.co.uk with your booking details. Due to the intimate size of our restaurant, we do not have a lounge area available for guests to relax in before being seated at your table.

To help us provide the best possible experience and ensure a smooth service for you and all our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive between 6.20 and 6.50pm.

To Fully enjoy your time with us, we suggest you allow 2 1/2 hours for the 7 course menu and 3 hours for the 10 course experience.

Smart casual dress is encouraged, but equally jeans and T-shirts are welcome. You do you and be comfortable.

Whilst it was our desire to fit a stair lift, we have not gained permission to install one unfortunately. It is still a plan in progress.

Our dining space is on the first floor and accessed via a staircase.

There is a discretionary 12.5% service charge added to all final bills.

Gift vouchers are not available to purchase from the restaurant, only via our website.. All vouchers purchased are valid for 6 months. Please secure a date using our online reservations and enter the voucher code in comments when booking.  Vouchers will need to be physically presented and any additional expenditure on your bill, above the amount stated on your voucher, settled before you leave.

Please do not doctor and deface the voucher in any way as this will prevent its validation. Your gift voucher is non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  If your voucher is due to expire and you cannot find a reservation, please contact us by phone or email.

We welcome food lovers of all ages. We just kindly ask that any younger guests dining with us do so from our tasting menu, at full price.

Please note however that due to the intimate and immersive nature of the restaurant, we cannot accommodate babies or toddlers.

As an experience-led restaurant, many of our guests join us to celebrate a special occasion. We would be delighted to help make your evening truly memorable with a range of personalised touches. Options include celebration cakes, flowers, champagne on arrival, or any other special request you may have. Simply let us know your preferences and we will take care of the rest.

As well as a range of drinks from our bar menu and our extensive selection of wines by the bottle, we offer two wine pairings to complement our tasting menu’s.

Explorer pairing is £89 per personPrestige pairing is £125* per person
We also offer a 0% drinks pairing at £55* per person.

e are proud to support local farms and suppliers who provide much of our fresh produce and we firmly believe in making use of every part of the produce in some way or another. Less common ingredients are sourced from around the world or grown locally in a controlled environment. We offset our carbon footprint from food miles and other services by supporting a tree planting and conservation project.

We offer a selection of upgrades, which vary by service and are subject to availability. Our most popular upgrade is Japanese A5 Wagyu, renowned for its exceptional marbling, richness and melt in the mouth texture. This upgrade replaces the main protein course; further details can be found on our menu page. Japanese A5 Wagyu is available at £60 per person when requested in advance, or £80 per person on the day.
